What happens if I lose my old card before I migrated my account over to the app?

If you lose your old LoyalTea card before you have moved your account over to our new mobile app platform, please email loyaltea@argotea.com with your first and last name, email address and card number (if available).  We will respond with instructions on how to access your account balance via our mobile app.


Sorry, we can only retain the balance from registered cards. We are not responsible for the balance on lost or stolen cards, thus we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
