I lost my phone! (or participating QR-code card)

The Argo Tea app is powered by LevelUp, one of the most secure payment systems out there, so preventing unauthorized use of your account is simple.

You can deactivate the QR code on your app (or plastic QR-code card) yourself online – see details below. Alternatively, please contact argotea@thelevelup.com right away, providing the email address associated with your LoyalTea account, and we will assist.

Here's what you need to do to deactivate your device/card so that the QR code on your plastic card (or app) will no longer work:

  1. Log into your account online
  2. Click on Deactivate on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Select Deactivate next to your Argo Tea app/card.

This will reset your QR code and log out your account on all devices.

To access your new QR code, you'll have to log into the app again on your (new) phone.

If you are using a participating QR-code card you will need to pick up a new plastic card with a QR code in an Argo Tea café and link it to your account online using the Link Gift/Plastic Card feature.
