What are the gift card terms and conditions?

By purchasing an Argo Tea Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Argo Tea Gift Cards may only be used for making purchases at participating Argo Tea stores, and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Cards may not be used for online purchases at www.argotea.com at this time.
  • If your Argo Tea Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, it can be replaced with the balance remaining on it at the time of your call or email, but only if you have linked it to your LoyalTea account. Once you report the loss of your registered Argo Tea Gift Card, we will freeze the remaining balance on your card at the time you notify us and will load that remaining balance on a replacement Argo Tea Gift Card.
  • You can protect your gift card against loss or theft by adding the card value to your existing LoyalTea account as soon as you receive it. Alternatively, you can create a new LoyalTea account and link your gift card to it. More information on creating a new account and adding gift card value to an existing account is available in the Gift Cards section of our FAQs. Gift cards that are not associated with a LoyalTea account cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the owner's permission.
  • If your gift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the balance remaining on it when you deactivate your QR code (or contact us) will be protected, but only if it is linked to an active LoyalTea account. You can deactivate the QR code on your gift card yourself – see details in the Security section of our FAQs. Alternatively, please contact argotea@thelevelup.com right away, providing the email address associated with your LoyalTea account, and we will assist.
